At VOGRACE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your VOGRACE account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or RA number inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
